First question. In curaçao it says “rumor rolls cost no gold”. The question so can you repeatedly attempt the rumor roll during a single
Port action. Or, are you limited to one free attempt per port action?

Second - along the same vein...in any port if you pay for a rumor roll, are you limited to paying and attempting to acquire a rumor to once per port action or can you do it for as much money as you want? (Try 5 times, pay $10).
